You can extend the life of your furniture by cleaning it properly. It’s simple! Here are a few basic guidelines.
Fabric & Vinyl
Your retailer can provide specifics on how to care for upholstered furniture.
- To avoid discolouration, protect furniture from direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Keep furniture away from all sources of intense heat (radiators, etc).
- Do not apply a vacuum nozzle directly to fabric or vinyl. We suggest using the soft brush attachment instead.
Leather
With proper maintenance, your leather will give you many years of comfort and keep on looking great. Your retailer can provide specifics on how to care for leather furniture.
- To avoid discolouration, protect furniture from direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Keep furniture away from all sources of intense heat (radiators, etc).
- Use a damp (not soaking) cloth dipped in warm water, then wipe with a soft cloth.
- Never use wax, cream, oil, or detergent on leather.
- Do not apply a vacuum nozzle directly to leather. We suggest using the soft brush attachment instead.
Foam & Springs
For even wear, we recommend rotating the use of seats.

Step 1
Check Rear for Hardware
We grouped the hardware for your furniture together by inserting it into the back of the furniture. Remove the main rear external bag and check for any additional smaller bags. If there are none, your furniture does not require any hardware.
Step 2
Tap the back cushion with both hands starting from the center and moving outwards.
Step 3
Next, tap the back cushion with one hand while supporting it from behind with the other hand.
Step 4
Then, with one hand, pull the outside of the back cushion while tapping it with the other towards the outside end.
Step 5
Finally, tap the armrests evenly from the center out.
