Elran assumes full responsibility for product quality (see our warranty section or brochure for details,) dealing directly with consumers to ensure quality control - a definite plus for retailers.

Contact Elran’s After-Sales Service Department directly at the number indicated below. To make a claim or get service, proof of purchase must be supplied by the consumer, as well as the serial number or ACK number found on the ticket that is attached under your furniture for identification.
